Update -
While the issue with Amazon Web services that is impacting some of these services is still ongoing, we're seeing continued improvement with emailed codes, SMS, and similar. Services may still be intermittent until the issue is fully resolved, but we continue to observe recovery of the impacted services. We'll keep you updated.

Update -
Services currently affected by the AWS outage:
- SMS (reminders, notifications)
- Telehealth
- Xero integration
- Email verification codes
Our support platform (chat and email) is functional but service is degraded.
If you are having trouble logging in because you are not receiving email codes, please make sure you are using your direct login page (e.g. clinicname.uk1.cliniko.com). To find this URL, check the Cliniko welcome email you received when you signed up.

Investigating -
The service we use to provide support via chat and email is currently down, due to a major outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS). We’re not able to receive or reply to messages sent to us at the moment.
The Help Centre with our ‘How-to’ guides as well as telehealth and the Xero integration may also be unavailable right now.
