We will be performing database upgrades on our Australian servers (AU1) on the 29th of March 2026 from 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM AEDT (Melbourne)*.
This will only affect users of our AU1 system. If your account’s Cliniko URL includes au1, e.g. myaccount.au1.cliniko.com, then this will affect you. Users of our CA, EU, and UK systems will be unaffected.
The maintenance will take no longer than 2 hours to complete, and Cliniko will be unavailable for part of this time.
In order to keep your day running smoothly while we’re down, here’s some preparation work you can do:
- Print or download your Appointment Schedule for the day in Reports → Appointments Schedule. - Prepare history reports for any patients you’ll be seeing. - Although online bookings will be down during the maintenance window, you can add an alert ahead of time to let patients know to try later instead.
