We’ll be performing database upgrades on our United Kingdom servers (UK1, UK2) on the 11th of January 2026 from 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM UTC*.
This will only impact users of our UK1 and UK2 systems. If your account’s Cliniko URL includes uk1 or uk2, e.g. myaccount.uk1.cliniko.com, then this will affect you. Users of our CA, EU, and AU systems will be unaffected.
The maintenance will take no longer than 2 hours to complete, and Cliniko will be unavailable for part of this time.
In order to keep your day running smoothly while we’re down, here’s some preparation work you can do:
- Print or download your Appointment Schedule for the day in Reports → Appointments Schedule. - Prepare history reports for any patients you’ll be seeing. - Although online bookings will be down during the maintenance window, you can add an alert ahead of time to let patients know to try later instead.
